Icky Love Art Loft & Gallery features a curated collection of work from artists local to Hawai‘i. We also host intimately-sized ceramics, glass, painting, jewelry, and drawing classes at the gallery. The gallery is more than a showcasing of some of Hawai‘i’s most interesting artists; it’s a community space, a workshop area, and an place for inspiration.
Whether it’s clay, fiber, jewelry, or glass that you’ve been wanting to try, we’re here for it all. Check out our monthly rotation of workshops in a variety of mediums and be part of our creative community.
Each month we have a free event with our featured artist. Come enjoy refreshments, talk story, and learn about the artist’s journey and current collection. We also host other events, so make sure to check out our events page.
Icky Love Pottery began as a home garage studio, which artist Jaimie Nagle has developed into a small batch pottery. Jaimie’s focus is making functional art (emphasis on the fun) that is crafted slowly and with intention. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, but also made to mix and match so you can build a collection. Icky Love Pottery subscribes to the belief that art should be integrated into your everyday life, whether that’s drinking from your favorite coffee cup in the morning or entertaining guests with custom dinnerware.
Over time, Jaimie realized that making art in isolation doesn’t always feed the creative soul. After almost a decade selling her work at craft-fairs, Jaimie decided to open a gallery and creative workspace, which now houses her favorite local artists and offers classes in a variety of mediums. The goal is to invite the community to be part of the making process, whether you are an appreciator or artist, we welcome you.
