WATERCOLOR LANDSCAPES
Join us for the art opening of Matt Coffman’s original water color collection at Icky Love. Matt will be here on January 4th, 2025 from 11am-1pm to talk about his process, show his incredible pieces, and share in light refreshments.
About Matt Coffman:
Inspired by the beauty of nature, Matt invokes spirit and authenticity of place-based art into his watercolor. As an artist, Matt believes in the uniqueness and specialness of hand-generated art, and when you view his pieces you see the work of a keen observer. Matt paints both outdoors (plein-air) and in his studio. Larger, more time-consuming works are often studied and photographed on-location and finished in a controlled environment. The translucent and fresh characteristics of watercolor allow Matt to capture the vibrant colors of locations around Hawaii.
